This king fled his kingdom to escape the burden of his duties, only to perish shortly thereafter. But in death, he grew uneasy over his successor's performance. His spirit thus remained bound to the royal castle until, one day, he heard a wandering minstrel's tales of a certain band of adventurers. Intrigued by their exploits, he broke free of the castle at last.
